What is the difference between Canvas, Acrylic Glas and Aluminum?

Acrylic glas and aluminum provide a sleek, modern and vibrant look, while canvas provides more of an old-fashioned look. All of the materials will be printed and produced with FineArt-Print in Ultra-HD resolution.

All of our artworks are designed in Austria and produced in Germany.

How do I hang my received picture?

The picture will come with its own free hanging set which you can use to easily hang up your pictures. If you have a specific question about the hanging set, please make sure to contact our customer support.

The size I want is not available on the website?

If you can't find the correct size for the artwork, make sure to message us with the name of the product and the size that you want it in. We will do our best to fulfil your wishes.

How much does shipping cost?

You can use our free premium shipping.

Can I customize the paintings?

Of course, we want to make you happy and deliver a product that you like. If you want certain colors or parts of the painting changed - send us an email with all the necessary info to contact@artwonder.net and we will change the paintings to fit exactly your need without any extra fees.

How will I receive my picture?

Your picture will be securely packed and delivered to your doorstep.

Delivery times:

Germany: 3-5 working days
European Union: 5-8 working days
Switzerland: 4-6 working days
Other: 6-10 working days

In case of oversizes the delivery may vary by 1-3 days, as the picture is sent with the shipping company for safety reasons to guarantee a flawless delivery.

Your pictures will be handed over to the shipping company within 2-3 working days after receipt of your order.

COVID-19:

Please note that due to COVID-19 there may be delivery delays at all suppliers at the moment. This process cannot be accelerated by us either!
